How do I order?
You would like to order N-Ippin products and enjoy painless and improved activities and body balance again? We are very pleased, thank you for your trust! All the information which may be helpful for your order process and payment methods can be found below on this page and in our terms and conditions. We do everything to handle your order easily, so that your goods arrive quickly.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our N-Ippin team handles all orders as quickly as possible. Order receipts up to approx. 3 p.m. will be processed and dispatched on working days Mo. – Fr. on the same day if possible. Shipments within Germany often arrive on the next working day, but you should expect delivery times of up to five days in peak times. Shipments within the EU will be delivered usually within 2 – 14 days, however this depends on the local postal services and according their individual terms and conditions.
Who handles the shipping and what does it cost?
We send all orders by Deutsche Post (German Postal Services) or. This results in costs of min. 3.20 EUR within Germany. The shipping is free of charge within Germany for purchase values of higher than 170 €. Express shipping or other shipping alternatives, even for worldwide shipping will be displayed in the shopping cart. Please select your preferred shipping method in the shopping cart page by editing your country.
Can I also order by telephone?
We offer a telephone order service weekdays from 9a.m. to 4p.m. After your telephone order, we will send you an invoice by e-mail in PDF format, which you then please settle by bank transfer / advance payment. After receiving your payment, we will ship the items. At your request, an invoice can also be created via PayPal.
I would like to return an order. What do I have to do?
To take a return you can withdraw the sales contract. You have the right to return the goods within 14 days after receipt. All legally necessary information can be found in the right of withdrawal. Simply use the general form or withdraw in writing, by e-mail. The return costs are borne by the buyer.
Which payment options do I have?
We offer you the following options:
Simply enter the credit card number, validity period and check number in the fields provided. You can use Visa or Mastercard. During this process, you will be automatically redirected to the “3D Secure” (Mastercard) or “Verified by VISA” pages for secure verification.
After selecting this option, you will be redirected to the Paypal site and can then make your payment directly after your registration or account login.
You transfer the purchase value immediately. With the input of a one time usable TAN a high data protection is given. This service is avaibable in Germany only.
